WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?
Morning Yoga class
Dynamic movement, focus & meditation/visualization. Start the day in a way that will ease you towards a full day of free motion. This flow sequence will begin with basic movements to warm up and prepare your body for harnessing natural energy and balance. We will continue to move dynamically through the sequence with Sun Salutations and standing poses, allowing for discovery of each pose and your personal relationship with it through body, mind and breath. These techniques will be very useful when you find yourself working through different exercises on the course to help enhance your awareness and allow for a relaxed swing.
Once we build the intensity, we bring it down to the ground and move it through deep stretch poses before the final release of energy in meditation and savasana. This work will help you in the connection and development of a free flowing golf swing that is easy on your body and your mind.
Gravity Golf Fundamentals For Tension Free Golf Swing
You will be learning the fundamental concepts of movement, working on dynamics of power and allowing a natural flow that utilizes gravity to create easy power and comfortable motion. We will take you through a sequence of exercises, some of which you will be able to do from even the comfort of your own home, up through a more advanced practice routine that will teach you balance, greater physical and mental awareness. This will take you deep into the development of a dynamic golf swing that fits your body and gives you the best advantage utilizing the natural laws that gravity has to offer.
Physics Friendly Short Game
You will learn how to direct confident movement in your short game. Harnessing the natural energy of gravity, used for great power as well as exceptional touch. As an alternative to using your hands, forearms and upper body in your short game for power, you will be learning how to take the tension out of them by letting your mass flow through even the smallest shots and leaving everything else to feel.

- 8:30 - 10:00 – Yoga fundamentals and Prevention of injury
10:00 - 11:00 Demonstration of natural power and developing fundamentals
- 11:00 - 12:30 Introductory Gravity Golf drills and practical application for at home practice
- 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch
- 1:30 - 3:30 Putting and Chipping techniques
- 3:30 - 4:30 Restorative Yoga focusing on recovery and aiding in the lubrication of joints, fascia and connective tissue
Day 2
- 8:30 - 10:00 Yin Yoga to create ease in motion in your lifestyle & golf swing
- 10:00 – 11:00 Fundamentals of shot shaping and trejectory
- 11:00 - 12:30 Driver drills for unlocking your natural energy
- 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch
- 1:30 - 2:30 Putting drills
- 2:30 - 3:30 Bunker technique
- 3:30 - 4:30 Yoga focused on flexibility, offering the natural opening of shoulders, hips and hamstrings
Day 3
- 8:30 - 9:30 Yoga, breathwork and meditation for heightened inner focus with breathing
- 9:30 – 11:00 Personalized routines for continued development
- 11:00 - 12:30 Strategizing for scoring
- 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch
- 1:30 - 2:30 Review of short game and putting drills
- 2:30 - 3:30 Side hill lies
- 3:30 - 4:30 Personalized yoga routines for continued developement
CLASS SIZE
*Limited to 6 Players
- Everyone gets a great deal of personal time.
- Seeing energy leaks in someone else helps to repair them in your own swing.
- With multiple players you hear things explained in a number of different ways.
- Gravity Golf training methods allow different levels of players to work side by side.
MATERIALS NEEDED
- Full Set of Clubs
- Something to take notes or video with (pen and paper, phone, tablet, etc.)

Explore Yoga – Our class will start out with a brief explanation of what we will be focusing on. Easy breathing & how to modify for your specific needs. You will receive hands on adjustments as needed/desired

PRICING & POLICIES
A Deposit of $750 is reqired to secure the place for 1 indidual
The remainder of the balance will be due 15 days prior to the school
*Refunds on deposits will be available up to 30 days prior to class (minus 3.5% merchent service fees). You may rescheudle once if you have to cancel and are available to be redeemed 1 year from purchase date.
ACCOMODATIONS
It’s our experience that golfers coming to a “Gravity” Golf and yoga school have extremely varied tastes for where they want to stay and what they wish to spend. Therefore, we do not include accommodations in our schools. However we are happy to provide you assistance in finding a place that is just right for you.
