Facemask Requirements

Guests are strongly encouraged to wear a facemask in all common areas. Responsible social distancing.

An outdoor and spacious experience for all Guests with protective space of 15 feet from other students. Highest standard of cleanliness, hand sanitizer and extra mask will be available.

Every Associate is required to have a health check prior to starting work, wear a mask at all times and wear gloves while handling food and drink. Additionally, all Associates must follow frequent handwashing protocols, per CDC guidelines.

All deposits non-refundable within 30 day of the scheduled class. In case of emergency we will move your school to another date given availability.

All putters are shipped through the USPS and are sent Priority Mail with a tracking number. Most orders are received in 2-3 business days from the day shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and assemble your order. For any questions or concerns please call 407-347-5288.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at +1 (407) 347-5288 or through our contact form to file a claim. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following: “Brik on a Stik” and custom modified Arc Masters. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be from a registered buyer within the last 30 days.

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total.

We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

All orders of hard products should be accompanied with a tracking number in shipping confirmation email. For additional help, please call 407-347-5288 or Contact Us by email for your tracking number through the USPS.

If you need to modify or cancel a recent order please call our customer service team at 407-347-5288 and we will make every effort to make the change for you.

We do not currently have any distributors outside of our online store.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with your Gravity Golf arc putter. We would like the opportunity to assist you in the repair or replacement of your club. We offer a two year warranty on all of our clubs from the date of purchase for all manufacturers’ defects.

Our warranty covers our clubs with all original components. If any unconventional modifications have been done to the club after market or outside of our factory, the club’s warranty is void. It is our sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by any conventional modifications..

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.
