Gravity Golf Instructor - Level 3
Jim Edgin began playing golf at the age of 12 in 1974. He was 4 year letterman in High School with 1 District Runner up and 3 District Championships, and qualified for the State Tournament all 4 varsity years. Played local and State level tournaments as a Junior. As an adult, won the local Club Championship 3 times and the Club 4 ball once. Won the Arkoma Oilman’s 4 times which included national fields of industry peers. Junior Golf Tournament director at Ozark Recreation Association (ORA) 1993 – 2015. Also held the position of Club President in 1997 and spent one 3 year term on the board of directors. Served ORA as Tournament reporter for over 20 years. Became a student of Gravity Golf in 2005. Earned a Gravity Golf Teaching Certificate in May of 2017 and began teaching part time. Full time in January of 2019. Received Level 3 – Master Instructor Status in October of 2020. Current Lead Instructor for Gravity Golf in Florida. Owner and operator of a 20 acre private practice facility in Altus, Arkansas.
