The Gravity Golf Challenge Membership – Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I receive new content?

For the monthly Gravity Golf Challenge Membership you will receive 8 lessons (16 videos immediately) and then 1 new lesson each week from the date you signed up.

Do I get a notification when a new lesson is available?

Yes, notifications are sent via email, but if you’re not receiving notifications please contact info@gravitygolf.com

I’m having trouble signing in?

If you have already created a username and are trying to sign up for the new Gravity Golf Challenge Membership. Please contact us as info@gravitygolf.com and we will help take care of it for you.

What would the benefit be to purchasing the All Access Pass?

You will have full access to all of the lessons upfront so you can go at your own pace.

How does the billing work?

Initially you are billed for you membership when you sign up and then on the same date each month. Unless you sign up on the 31st and the next month has less days, you will be billed on the 1st of 2 months later.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause your membership for free up to 90 days before it will be canceled and you will lose access.

What are the benefits of pausing my membership?

If you have received more lessons than you have been able to go out and put into practice, it gives you an opportunity to catch up without having to pay for new content for a period of time. You can pause your membership as often as you need.

If I cancel my membership do I lose access to all the content?

Yes – it’s an online subscription service like Netflix. So as long as you are a member you have access to all of the content that has been has been made available in your library.

If I cancel in the beginning of my membership month will I be refunded?

No, you will have access to your content until the next billing cycle.
